To process Planning Permission Plan Application within 57 days.
To process payments to suppliers/contractors through local orders within 14 days.
To process compound payment application within 10 minutes.
To manage mandatory retirement pension affairs within 3 months.
To process housing loan applications to the Malaysian Treasury within 21 days from the date the completed application is received.
To issue Public Complaints Acknowledgement of Receipt within 3 working days.
To approve permit issuance for temporary buildings within 1 month from payment date.
To ensure legal prosecution and legal cases for the Raub District Council are filed in court within 14 working days from the date the prosecution permission is acquired from the Public Prosecutor.
To review the Landscape Plan for development projects of the Raub District Council within 14 days
